SEASONALS

Continuing our Birthday beer tradition, we brewed this year's hazy IPA with a ridiculous blend of Nectaron, Riwaka and Citra. Notes of orchard ripe nectarines, cotton candy grapes, and tropical citrus goodness. They say it's your Birthday, Hoppy Birthday to you!!
Free-Form #7 - American Amber / Red Ale - 5.5%
Anything goes in the Free-Form series; no boundaries, but the result must flow. Seventh in the series is a seasonally appropriate hoppy amber ale. Slightly malt forward with a pleasantly dry finish. We hopped and dry hopped this one with Sultana, Strata and Mosaic. Smooth notes of fruity pine and ruby red grapefruit.
Gourdo - Pumpkin Ale - 6.6%
A long standing part of American brewing tradition, the pumpkin pie flavored beer is a celebrated classic, heralding in the fall season. Our pumpkin ale was made with a cornucopia of spices, infused with pumpkin in the mash and boil, and fermented cool. The resulting beer has pleasant notes of cinnamon, clove, caramel, and rum.
A-Town Brown - Brown Ale - 5.2%
Nothing shaky about this brew. This British brown ale was brewed with a sturdy base of Maris Otter, a sprinkling of crystal and pale chocolate malts and hopped gently with East Kent Goldings. Approachable and even keeled with notes of toffee, toasted biscuits, and a mellow mood.
Smoked Helles - Lager - 5.5%
Traditional Munich Helles with a smokey twist. Brewed with Pilsner malt, Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops and then magically smoked in the fermenter. Delicate, refined and quaffable.
Wisenheimer - Weizenbock - 8.2%
Dark, strong, and hazy German wheat beer. Made with a variety of roasted malts and gobs of malted wheat. Aged for many moons, this beer gives notes of chocolate chip banana bread, Sherry, and liquid happiness.

Our crowd favorite IPA double dry hopped with Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic and Amarillo. Beautiful and pungent notes of Peach Ring Candy, Meyer Lemon, Champagne mango, and a hint of Pine Sap.
Nellies Cane - Hazy IPA - 7.1%
A pillowy soft tropical explosion. Brewed with 2-row and gobs of malted and flaked oats. Loads of Nelson Sauvin, Wai-iti, and Rakau hops lend powerful notes of cotton candy grapes, candied Kaffir lime rind, and mystery flavor Airheads. This one will become your all.
Glide - Hazy IPA - 7.1%
A spelt IPA made with heaps of Simcoe and Nugget hops. Like floating through a sea of clouds, as they pour rivers of fresh Mango and Lychee juice onto a sea of Papaya below. And we're glad glad glad that you'll arrive.

Permaculture - Double IPA - 8.1%
A juicy, full bodied, and enticing ale made with some of our most celebrated hop varietals. Made with wheat and lightly malted barley, and hopped with Hallertau Blanc, some very pungent Simcoe, and copious amounts of Galaxy. DARK BEERS
Page Turner - Barleywine - 10.5%
Far from a one-note brew, if you find yourself on a long and lonesome highway east of Omaha, you'll want this complex brew to cozy up to at the end of the day. Brewed with Maris Otter malt and hopped gently with East Kent Goldings, we boiled for several hours developing all those malty melanoidins exemplified by the style which lend compounding toasted, nutty, and bready notes to this smooth brew. There you go, turn the page.
6th Anniversary - Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout - 10.5%
We sampled our way through the barrel cellar and agreed it was time for this big ole stout to be enjoyed. This single barrel offering was patiently aged over two years in a Heaven Hill barrel and might be one our favorites to date. Huge barrel character with luxurious notes of fudgy brownie batter, caramelized molasses, and dark chocolate covered figs. Cheers to another year!

LARGE FORMAT BOTTLES 500mL
Infinity Quad - Belgian Quadrupel - 10.8%
This Belgian Quad was brewed with our friends at Ambler Beer Company a couple years ago at the current site of our second location in Ambler. We set some aside in a neutral oak barrel, added Brett, and gave it lots of time to mellow out and morph into this silky treat. Still rich, complex and luxurious, but with decadent notes of cherry wood, sweet tobacco, and port soaked figs.
Amblerversary - Barrel Aged Imperial Stout - 13%
Our first stout out of barrels in Ambler to celebrate our second anniversary! We were excited to brew it many months ago and even happier to share it now. Brewed with a depth of specialty malts and rested in bourbon barrels. Big notes of silken bitter chocolate, fudge brownies, and dark chocolate cherry cordials.
