This very special version of our Imperial Stout was aged 12 months in a Whiskey barrel and conditioned on a double dose of cacao nibs and lots of Madagascar vanilla beans.  Available in 8oz pour.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Our house favorite Blonde Americano amped up with a special blend of pumpkin spices! Contains lactose.

SMALL BATCH TEST SERIES Free-Form #7 - Dry Hopped Amber Ale - 5.5%

Anything goes in the Free-Form series; no boundaries, but the result must flow. Seventh in the series is a seasonally appropriate hoppy amber ale. Slightly malt forward with a pleasantly dry finish. We hopped and dry hopped this one with Sultana, Strata and Mosaic. Smooth notes of fruity pine and ruby red grapefruit. Draft and crowlers only.

SMALL BATCH TEST SERIES Free-Form #8 - Double West Coast IPA - 8.6%

Anything goes in the Free Form series; no boundaries, but the result must flow. Eighth in the series is a West Coast Double IPA. Brewed with a neutral malt base, we hopped his one heavily with Amarillo and Azacca. Balancing bitter and sweet with bright notes of dank apricots, candied orange rind, and lemony grapefruit.  Available in 12 or 8oz pour. Draft and crowlers only.

Weisenheimer - Weizenbock Wheat Beer - 8.2%

Dark, strong, and hazy German wheat beer. Made with a variety of roasted malts and gobs of malted wheat. Aged for many moons, this beer gives notes of chocolate chip banana bread, Sherry, and liquid happiness.  Available in 12 or 8oz pour.

Hop Monger - Hazy IPA - 7.1%

Our crowd favorite IPA double dry hopped with Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic and Amarillo. Beautiful and pungent notes of Peach Ring Candy, Meyer Lemon, Champagne mango, and a hint of Pine Sap.

Nellie's Cane - Hazy IPA - 7%

A pillowy soft tropical explosion. Brewed with 2-row and gobs of malted and flaked oats. Loads of Nelson Sauvin, Wai-iti, and Rakau hops lend powerful notes of cotton candy grapes, candied Kaffir lime rind, and mystery flavor Airheads. This one will become your all.

Permaculture - Double IPA - 8.1%

A juicy, full bodied, and enticing ale made with some of our most celebrated hop varietals. Made with wheat and lightly malted barley, and hopped with Hallertau Blanc, some very pungent Simcoe, and copious amounts of Galaxy. Notes of passion fruit, pink starburst, nectarine candy, and a touch of wild strawberry.  Available in 12 or 8oz pour.

​A tasty, eye-opening Blonde Ale. Brewed with lactose and conditioned on Madagascar Vanilla beans and freshly roasted coffee from our friends at Backyard Beans Coffee Company. The blend of rich coffee, fresh vanilla, and smooth milk sugar offer a delicious and inviting experience.

Business Casual - German Pilsner - 5.2%

A win-win for you and your taste buds! We brewed this Pilsner with the finest imported German pils malt and hopped gently with Saaz. Smooth, balanced and approachable. It's just business, let's keep it casual.​​​​​​​

Mother of Perle - Kölsch Ale - 4.8%

An easy drinking ale. We gently hopped this classic German style with Perle hops in the kettle and then fermented it cool for a smooth and approachable drinking experience. Delicious, lightly fruity, and balanced with a touch of floral hops.

COLLAB Beers With Friends The Biscuit Lady - Blueberry Biscuit Fruited Sour - 6%

This brew was concocted in collaboration with the Biscuit Lady and inspired by her delicious Lil' Miss Blueberry - blueberry lemon glazed biscuit. A Berliner Weisse base brewed with biscuits (of course) Blueberry purée, Lactose, Cinnamon, Vanilla, Graham Crackers and a touch of Lemon.

How's It Gose? Cran Orange - Traditional Sour - 4.2%

Tart and refreshing, this sour wheat ale was brewed with Himalayan pink salt and coriander with cranberry and orange.

How's it Gose? Key Lime  - Traditional Sour - 4.2%

Tart and refreshing, this sour wheat ale was brewed with Himalayan pink salt and coriander and then conditioned on fresh key lime juice. A perfect thirst quencher for the days of summer. Notes of margaritas, key lime pies and days at the beach.​

Nitro Cacao Caliente - Mexican Stout - 8.8%

Rich chocolate and subtle heat underline this delectable treat. A complex malt base with layers of earthy hatch chilies, cinnamon, cacao nibs and habanero heat delightfully balance the edge of spicy and sweet.

Nitro Wolf Pajamas - Imperial Stout - 10.5%

​A silky, decadent pour of pure indulgence. This Imperial Stout was brewed with a mountainous array of kilned and roasted malts, giving powerful notes of baker's chocolate, Dulce De Leche, ice cream sundae, and dark cherry.  Available in 12 or 8oz pour.

Infinity Quad - Belgian Quadrupel - 10.8%

This Belgian Quad was brewed with our friends at Ambler Beer Company a couple years ago at the current site of our second location in Ambler. We set some aside in a neutral oak barrel, added Brett, and gave it lots of time to mellow out and morph into this silky treat. Still rich, complex and luxurious, but with decadent notes of cherry wood, sweet tobacco, and port soaked figs.​​​​
