Wisenheimer - Weizenbock - 8.2%

Dark, strong, and hazy German wheat beer. Made with a variety of roasted malts and gobs of malted wheat. Aged for many moons, this beer gives notes of chocolate chip banana bread, Sherry, and liquid happiness.

Beers with Friends The Biscuit Lady - Blueberry Sour - 6%

This brew was concocted in collaboration with the Biscuit Lady and inspired by her delicious Lil' Miss Blueberry - blueberry lemon glazed biscuit. A Berliner Weisse base brewed with biscuits (of course) Blueberry purée, Lactose, Cinnamon, Vanilla, Graham Crackers and a touch of Lemon.

Free Form #7 - Dry-Hopped Amber Ale - 5.5%

Anything goes in the Free-Form series; no boundaries, but the result must flow. Seventh in the series is a seasonally appropriate hoppy amber ale. Slightly malt forward with a pleasantly dry finish. We hopped and dry hopped this one with Sultana, Strata and Mosaic. Smooth notes of fruity pine and ruby red grapefruit.

IPAS​​

Citra Hop Monger - Hazy IPA - 7.1%

Our crowd favorite IPA double dry hopped with Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic and Amarillo. Beautiful and pungent notes of Peach Ring Candy, Meyer Lemon, Champagne mango, and a hint of Pine Sap.​​​​​​​

Colonel Forbin - West Coast IPA - 7.2%

Like a long-lost friend, this welcoming and approachable West Coast Style IPA greets with a omnipresent aura of happiness. This helping friendly beer was brewed with pale malt and a touch of light crystal and then completely saturated with a blend of Cascade, Comet, Columbus and Simcoe hops. Dank and crisp with notes of candied citrus, resinous pine, and long walks in the woods.

Grit N' Juice - Hazy IPA - 6.7%

This wheat IPA is like a pure orange juice slap shot to the face. We hop-checked this beer with buckets of Mosaic and Mandarina Bavaria hops, giving huge notes of Valencia orange, fresh blueberries, blood, sweat and grit.

DOUBLE IPAS

Permaculture - Double IPA - 8.1%

A juicy, full bodied, and enticing ale made with some of our most celebrated hop varietals. Made with wheat and lightly malted barley, and hopped with Hallertau Blanc, some very pungent Simcoe, and copious amounts of Galaxy. Notes of passion fruit, pink starburst, nectarine candy, and a touch of wild strawberry.

Lil' Hop Monger - Hazy Pale Ale - 5.5%

Hop Monger scaled down to a pale ale version making for a delightfully sessionable experience. Double dry hopped with Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic and Amarillo.

Blonde Americano - Blonde Ale - 5.8%

​Coffee Blonde Stout. A tasty, eye-opening Blonde Ale. Brewed with lactose and conditioned on Madagascar Vanilla beans and freshly roasted coffee from our friends at Backyard Beans Coffee Company. The blend of rich coffee, fresh vanilla, and smooth milk sugar offer a delicious and inviting experience.

Tiger Tail with Ginger and Lime - Cream Ale - 5%

A quaffable Cream Ale, brewed with German Pilsner malt, and flaked corn. This crisp, refreshing beer has notes of ginger ad lime with a touch of noble hops.

Liger - Light Lager - 4.2%

Crisp refreshing light lager.​​

Volk - Vienna Lager - 5%

Crisp, clean and elegantly smooth, we brewed this classic style with a rich Vienna malt base and hopped it with noble Styrian Goldings. Bready malt character + complimentary floral/spicy hop = eminently crushable.​

DARK BEERS​​​

Wolf Pajamas Double Dark Chocolate Vanilla - Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout - 11.5%

This very special version of our Imperial Stout was aged 12 months Whiskey barrel and conditioned on a double dose of cacao nibs and lots of Madagascar vanilla beans.

Cacao Caliente - Mexican Stout - 8.8%

Rich chocolate and subtle heat underline this delectable treat. A complex malt base with layers of earthy hatch chilies, cinnamon, cacao nibs and habanero heat delightfully balance the edge of spicy and sweet.

Chocolate Porter - Porter - 5.5%

Roasty and robust, this chocolate porter is full flavor but an easy drinker. Brewed with an array of specialty chocolate malts and then conditioned on Ghanaian Cacao Nibs for some extra chocolatey notes.

LARGE FORMAT BOTTLES 500mL​

Infinity Quad - Belgian Quadrupel - 10.8%

This Belgian Quad was brewed with our friends at Ambler Beer Company a couple years ago at the current site of our second location in Ambler. We set some aside in a neutral oak barrel, added Brett, and gave it lots of time to mellow out and morph into this silky treat. Still rich, complex and luxurious, but with decadent notes of cherry wood, sweet tobacco, and port soaked figs.​​​​

6th Anniversary - Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout - 10.5%

We sampled our way through the barrel cellar and agreed it was time for this big ole stout to be enjoyed.  This single barrel offering was patiently aged over two years in a Heaven Hill barrel and might be one our favorites to date.  Huge barrel character with luxurious notes of fudgy brownie batter, caramelized molasses, and dark chocolate covered figs. Cheers to another year!​
