TAPROOM MANAGER

We are looking for the right individual to join our team as a full time Taproom Manager in Lansdale! Our Lansdale taproom and brewery is the first of two locations, celebrating our 6th year.

DUTIES INVOLVE a variety of activities including, but not limited to:

event planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, marketing, profitability, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, cleanliness, sanitation, consistency, and overall quality of our brand - and of course, having fun!

This role must be dedicated to achieving operational goals with a genuine interest in helping our company succeed and reach our goals.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS include, but not limited to:

• Develop strategies and events designed to attract more customers, expand taproom traffic, reduce inefficiencies, and increase profitability.

• Assist ownership in developing, maintaining, and evolving the strategic direction of the taproom; effect positive change and improvements.

• Forecast supplies, merchandise, and other consumables necessary for the operation of the taproom and ensure costs are being controlled.

• Maintain all house processes, policies, and standard operating procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

2-3 YEARS OF RESTAURANT, BAR OR BREWERY PREFERRED

Strong verbal and written communication skills and capable of communicating effectively and timely with customers, co-workers, employees, and ownership.

• Strong customer service, leadership, and management skills.

• An understanding of how a small kitchen operates.

• Basic math skills and ability to use a POS system and proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

• Be available to work all taproom operating hours including nights and weekends.

• Genuine enthusiasm for craft beer and the craft beer industry.

• Valid RAMP certification, or within 30 days of hire.
